What items can I load into the trailer?

Most household junk, yard waste( yard trim grass, dirt, branches, etc. must be bagged), and furniture. We cannot accept hazardous materials- explosives, medical waste, radioactive materials with Asbestos, Dioxins or Kepones OR liquids, tires, batteries, paint, and chemicals

How do I secure a booking?

Submit a rental request through our website by filling out our Request Booking form. Once we receive your form, we’ll confirm availability within one hour. You may also call or text us directly.

What happens if I fill the trailer more than ¼?

Accepted Answer

We adjust your total based on your final load volume—no hidden fees. Trailer markers show your fill level, and pricing is based on ¼ (minimum), ½, or full load. Your card is charged the ¼-load minimum at booking, and any additional volume is billed after pickup once we assess the final load.

Where will you place the trailer?

Driveways are preferred. You can specify exact placement notes (left/right side, close to garage, etc.) during booking.

Can I move the trailer after drop-off?

Accepted Answer

No. For safety and insurance reasons, customers may not tow or relocate the trailer. We handle all movement.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Free cancellations up to 24 hours before delivery. Inside that window, a $50 fee will automatically be charged to the card used for booking.

Do you operate in bad weather?

Yes—rain or shine. For unsafe weather (ice, severe storms), we will contact you to reschedule.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes. Trailers have a maximum 14,000 lb GVWR. Most customers never exceed this, but extremely dense materials (dirt, concrete, shingles, etc.) may require load restrictions.

After pickup, we assess the volume load level and bill your card on file for any amount above the ¼ minimum.
